Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable applications using Java for backend and React for dynamic front-end interfaces, while managing data with MongoDB and SQL/PL-SQL.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Full Stack Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
- Build dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript and React.
- Develop and maintain NoSQL databases with MongoDB and optimize relational databases using SQL/PL-SQL.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant applications.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance across all layers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, JavaScript, and React.
- Proven expertise in building scalable applications with Java and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong experience in database technologies including MongoDB and SQL/PL-SQL for performance optimization.
