    Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $3,157/month; $37,885/annual

    • This is a Hybrid position and will need to be in office upon hire.
    • Provide entry level data entry and quality assurance review of environmental compliance investigation activities, reports, and documentation.
    • Ensures the quality and accuracy of investigation checklists and data entry.
    • Provide assistance and backup to the QA Assistant II.
    • The opportunity to work in the environment.

    What's a typical day as a Quality Assurance Specialist? You'll be:
    • Entering data from investigation checklists into proper databases.
    • Performing quality assurance of investigation checklists processed by other data entry staff, verifying all input for accuracy utilizing various websites.
    • Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and emailing faxes to investigators.
    • Performing reconciliation and delivery preparation of end-of-month investigation report for delivery to our client.
    • Performing research using various websites to determine ownership of out of service and non-compliant facilities.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
    • Hold a Bachelor`s degree or high school diploma plus six years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial, and clerical experience; or equivalent work experience may be substituted as appropriate.
    • Solid working knowledge of TCEQ`s CCEDS, PARIS and Central Registry database; Microsoft, Teams Word, and Excel; and PC`s.
    • Adheres to institutional paper and electronic file management requirements.
    • Skills in communication both written and verbal, organization, attention to details, and working independently once training completed.
