RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Contract Coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Project management of vendor contracting process from intake to execution for approximately 30 active Consumer Insights contracts at any given time
* The Contract Coordination will be negotiating MSAs and building positive relationships with new vendors
* Processing Work Orders and Change Orders for new projects with existing vendors
* Assessing personal data privacy requirements and facilitating DPSE Amendments
* Partnering with and tailoring communications towards Legal, Privacy, Risk, Vendor, and Business partners to drive clarity across teams and ensure timely and effective process management
* Coordinating creation of supplier payment profiles within Coupa and Aravo
* Facilitating and troubleshooting invoicing across Coupa and Aravo
* Effective cross-functional stakeholder management
* Serve as a central contact for contracting process questions and individual status updates
* The Contract Coordination will accurately maintain team's contract and purchase order databases, and ensure process documentation is up-to-date
* Miscellaneous projects as needed by request
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of business experience, with prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or a service-oriented operations role
* Experience working with contracts including partnering with legal, privacy, vendors, and business departments
* Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build key relationships with stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proven ability to reframe and simplify technical communications to diverse audiences
* Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential problems
* Ability to dynamically prioritize with several projects in process at all times
* Maintain detailed, accurate and organized files
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience with market research data, personal data handling requirements preferred
* Previous experience with Coupa, Salesforce, Aravo, and Aha! preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
