POSITION DESCRIPTION
*The Recruiter for this job must be based/reside in India*
The US IT Recruiter would be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing qualified candidates for
various technical roles for US locations. You will also network with potential candidates to promote our
employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our
IT positions.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, dedicated and result-driven to attain growth
goals.
Responsibilities
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources,
networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
• Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
• Interview job applicants online as part of the screening process to get information on their work
history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and
responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
• Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
• Contact applicants to inform them of their application status and conduct background or
reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
• Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in applicant
tracking system
• Format active job descriptions to meet internal standards and post to website
• Submit shortlisted candidate resumes and professional bios to Manager/Director for client
consideration. This will also include a well-formatted candidate profile summary which will help
emphasize the right candidate for the client’s requirement.
• Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.

Experience in recruiting for a State account is a plus.
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree (graduate)
• Having 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US Technology (IT) Recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to suit US standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
• Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
• Good knowledge of US locations and US Employment/Contract terms
• Comfortable in working in US time zones
• Preferred previous work experience in sales, research, operations, customer service,
information technology
• Ability to learn quickly, establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal
and external stakeholders

- *Knowledge and experience on tax term C2C/W2/1099 in US IT staffing is required*
