Job Details

Workday HR Tester:-

Indianapolis IN

1 year +

The candidate should be based in Indianapolis and ready to work in a hybrid environment.

Must have skills:

6-8 years of overall testing experience with 3-5 years of QA experience
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
Experience managing the onsite-offshore team and teams from different time zones.
Experience in test coordination with cross-functional teams
Experience in the Workday HR application
Experience in the retail and accounting/ finance sector
Database and API testing
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and Test Management Tools
Nice to have skills

Experience in the test automation
Experience in the retail domain sales posting, shipping, inventory management
Key Responsibilities:

Providing Thought leadership in the testing space
Leading and mentoring onsite and offshore team
Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans
Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting
Maintaining test data and documentation
Working closely with the client project leadership team, developers and support teams
Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication
