$100,000 - $110,000
Hybrid - Wauwatosa, WI

Our Energy Solutions Division is hiring an Analyst where you'll have a chance to work with Sales and Marketing leaders to continuously improve our systems and technology.

This Analyst will provide direction, liaise with IT, and manage the commercial technology stack on behalf of the Energy Solutions business to facilitate: process improvement, scale commercial operations, improve the customer experience, and ultimately achieve growth objectives. Primary infrastructure platforms include the order to cash process (SAP), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/ Zen Desk), analytics software (DOMO & BI) as well as lead generation and distribution software platforms (BizGen/TBD). The Analyst will also drive continuous improvement by working effectively with business leadership to deploy current and implement new technology to facilitate process improvement and a better customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Become the key point of contact for managing and liaising with IT and business owners in support of technology platforms including: all order-to-cash processes (SAP), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), analytics software (DOMO & BI) and other software platforms (BizGen).
  • Deploy technology that improves the dealer acquisition and lead generation process including the analysis and potential implementation of a lead distribution software tool to replace BizGen.
  • Improve deployment of CRM across Energy Solutions including evaluating new software and/or merging Microsoft Dynamics (legacy Home Standby platform) and ZenDesk (legacy Energy Storage System platform).
  • Liaise with IT to deliver Order to Cash continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage data infrastructure to drive reporting, metric and data accuracy.
  • Understands best practice business processes to ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Provides risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions
  • Provides problem solving and decision making to resolve systems issues
  • Supports concurrent work assignments across applications and diverse user groups
  • Maintains and develops internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 3+ working in IT, or as a liaison to IT in the business
  • Extensive CRM system experience - MS Dynamics preferred
  • Understanding of S4 Hana
  • Experience with BI tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau and/or DOMO
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills to identify and propose technical and non-technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support new software applications and troubleshoot problems that may arise in products
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with small to medium scale project and program management
  • Experience determining and delivering against business requirements
  • SAP experience preferred
