• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, Master's with 5 years of experience or PhD
• Demonstrable expertise and full stack experience in AEM
• Proficiency wit Akamai/Cloudfront and AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure
• Familiarity with Adobe and/or Google Analytics
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in infrastructure design and security hardening
• Experience in roadmap, innovation, and vision creation

Desired Skills & Experience

• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Experience Manager experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced team
• Strong communication, proofreading, editing and formatting skills
• Experience conducting code reviews for safety and compliance
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and rollbacks
• Experience working on the full SDLC
• Web Content Management stack (frontend, backend, and servers)

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise for platform, code, and networking needs of web content management
• Support digital programs on AEM and related tools like Google Analytics
• Parter with Business stakeholders, technology leads, and external agencies
• Serve at the SME for website topics in the corporate services space
• Advocate for secure and compliant use of technologies
