Key Responsibilities:

  • SCCM Administration and Design: Administer and assist with designing the organization's SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
  • OS Deployment Engineering: Plan, deploy, and manage OS updates and upgrades.
  • Workstation Patching (Microsoft & 3rd Party): Ensure workstations are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
  • GPO Administration: Assist with design, Implement, and support GPO settings for workstations.
  • Windows Autopilot: Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and configuration.
  • Mobile Device Management: Assist in the Security design and manage mobile devices, enforce security policies.
  • Task Sequence Maintenance: Develop and manage deployment sequences for consistent software installations.
  • Application Packaging: Package and distribute software applications, manage application lifecycle.
  • Workstation Engineering: Design and implement workstation configurations, optimize performance and security.
  • Emergency Workstation Recovery: Develop and manage processes for emergency workstation recovery to ensure business continuity.
  • Tier 4 Support for Server Management: Provide advanced support for the IT Systems Reliability team.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in endpoint management with SCCM infrastructure and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent field or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge
  • Extensive experience in MECM administration and OS deployment.
  • Advanced knowledge of workstation patching and mobile device management.
  • Experience with application packaging, workstation engineering, and emergency recovery.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting MECM environments.

WORK LOCATION - Taylor, TX:
  • Employees will be required to be on-site in Taylor, TX at minimum 2 days per week, or more, as needed based on the business needs as determined by management
  • On-site schedules are flexible or may be rotated based on business needs as determined by the Manager
  • Remote work is required to be performed from your Texas residence.
  • Employees may opt to work on-site more than required or 100% of the time

Expected Salary Range:
$90,220 - $153,380
