Key Responsibilities:
Act as an escalation point for Help Desk issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS systems.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Run regularly scheduled software updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot issues with computers, servers, and networking (hardware and software).
Assist in implementing and enforcing security policies and protocols.
Support backup and disaster recovery solutions and monitoring/security tools.
Manage asset inventory and maintain accurate records using SCI's asset management tools.
Respond to system logs, alerts, and spam tickets promptly.
Assist with Microsoft M365 administration and migrations from on-premises tools to cloud.
Follow change management processes and maintain strong documentation.
Research solutions and new approaches to unique technical problems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
