Description:
In this role, you will utilize your specialized knowledge of product and/or technical skills as part of the Audiences & Data Enablement team to drive end-to-end discovery, design, testing and launch phases of our messaging product features, significantly impacting the business's growth and success. By closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our products meet market demands and exceed subscriber expectations. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features that deliver the highest value to our users. Your ability to make data-driven decisions and navigate complex challenges will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the company's competitive edge in the industry.
Conduct feature discovery through stakeholder dialogue, analytic synthesis, market research and leadership input to create a discovery artifact.
Write detailed requirements for engineers based on discovery artifacts and partner with subject matter experts to design user flows, diagrams to arrive at requirements finalization.
Actively respond to engineers during the development build phase to address requirement questions.
Develop and execute soft and hard launch plans to ensure feature adoption.
Artifact feature development and active capabilities for daily user use and discovery.
Analyze platforms and services usage to ensure cost containment and optimal utilization.
Basic Requirements, Experience/Skills/Training:

Basic Qualifications:
7+ years in a product, operations, program management, or similar role with experience supporting technical product development
Experience leading products with global impact with a high bar for quality
High degree of empathy for user pain points and collectively identifying solutions to remediate
Superb requirements and documentation writing skills, with above norm attention to detail.
Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal direction.
Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with partners
Performant in agile methodologies at a teammate or partner
Experience in building relationships through influence Braze
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Requirement, Experience/Skills/Training:
Preferred Qualifications are the 'nice to have' attributes. These experiences and skills would allow the right candidate to excel in the role because they have them. Candidates would earn extra points for having these experiences and skills, but they aren't required to be able to perform in the role.
Experience in partnering with diverse and global stakeholders
Experience in the user messaging space
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience in user experience design
Basic Education:
Education in technology or business domains. An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics or related disciplines. Equivalent work experience is applicable.
Preferred Education:
Like preferred qualifications, preferred education is the 'nice to have' education. If the candidate possesses this education, they are more likely to be successful in the role.
MS or MBA
Product Management Certification
Portfolio Management Certification
Technical Certifications (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner)
Certification:
Certification in Braze is helpful but not required.
