Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr Labeling Systems Technician to work directly with the Arthrex manufacturing and distribution sites, outside suppliers, subsidiaries within Arthrex. The Labeling Systems Technician Sr is responsible for supporting label printing operations at Arthrex manufacturing and distribution sites, outside suppliers, subsidiaries, and points of import, including equipment configuration and connectivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoots hardware and software problems related to labeling operations, including, but not limited to, barcode scanners, labeling systems, labels, and printers.
* Escalation point of contact (POC) for troubleshooting more advanced, complex problems.
* Assists with root cause analysis investigations and determining appropriate corrective actions.
* Performs equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification activities.
* Participates in the execution of Arthrex validation protocols related to labeling operations, including, but not limited to, label printing, barcode scanning, and barcode inspection.
* Participates in an on-call rotation as the POC for after-hours support.
* Helps determine process capability of new equipment through execution of approved protocols and assures defined parameters are incorporated into respective operating procedures.
* Records and reports validation and qualification data accurately per written protocols and data collection forms.
* Maintains precise identification and control of qualified equipment and ensures information and documentation is consistently accurate.
* Supports preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of labeling equipment and improve reliability.
* Responsible for label printer periodic maintenance and managing software/firmware revision upgrades. Maintains validated status using change management procedures.
* Investigates and resolves non-conformances related to labeling production systems and associated hardware and software.
* Advises end users on best practices, processes, and system improvements for label printing/scanning operations and related content management.
* Trains and mentors other labeling systems technicians to promote an effective learning environment, enabling cross-training, adaptability, and employee development.
* Trains production personnel throughout manufacturing and distribution for labeling-related processes.
* Interacts with internal and external stakeholders regarding the execution of project-related tasks, problem identification, and problem resolution.
* Assists with label development for logistics and work-in-process tagging.

Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Associates Degree or some college experience is preferred.
* Experience working in an FDA regulated industry is a plus.
* 2 years of experience directly supporting labeling operations and associated equipment (e.g., barcode readers; barcode verifiers; label printers) is required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong oral and written communications skills.
* Proficiency in basic Windows applications required (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Previous experience performing system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting is a plus.
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and a rapidly changing environment.
* Advanced knowledge and training related to the configuration, maintenance, and deployment of label printers, barcode scanners, and barcode verifiers.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Microsoft Office, Thermal Transfer Printers, Handheld Mobile Computers and Barcode Scanners
