Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant
Location: Durham, NC (Onsite 4 days/week; Travel cost covered for non-local candidates)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant with strong Finance module expertise (GL, AP, AR) and a solid finance background. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in D365 Finance modules
Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Ability to perform functional analysis and prepare Business Process Documents
Experience managing customer requirements/CRs and configuring finance processes
Minimum 5 successful D365 implementations
Strong experience in Gap-Fit analysis, LCS, and ISV solutions
Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementation: design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting
Collaborate with onsite engagement teams and client stakeholders
Ensure quality of deliverables and perform system & functional testing
Support Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory modules as needed
