Senior Salesforce Developer We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. This role requires a strong technical leader who can independently drive architecture decisions, develop high-quality applications, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design
- Own and drive technical and architectural decisions to deliver reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical designs
- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor across cross-functional teams
Development & Delivery
- Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs
- Implement and configure Flows and automation solutions
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and adherence to best practices
Operational Excellence
- Maintain performance, security, and scalability of applications
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Enforce coding standards, CI/CD processes, and version control practices
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Proven experience designing and owning enterprise-level Salesforce architecture (5+ years)
- Experience building and managing integrations using REST/SOAP web services
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
- Experience with Flows, Batch Apex (Bulk API), and advanced SOQL/SQL
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs or large-scale environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $77.00 - $88.00/hr.
