SAP Configuration Admin - Hybrid or Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is seeking an SAP Configuration Admin - Hybrid or Remote.

Summary:
We are seeking an SAP Configuration Administrator to join our IT Applications team and support the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of our SAP S/4HANA ERP platform. This role supports back-office business processes and plays a key part in enhancing and maintaining a critical global ERP environment within a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP, resolving incidents, delivering project work, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with minimal direction while maintaining strong attention to detail, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily SAP support, maintenance, and incident resolution through the help desk, including user and role management
* Manage SAP configuration changes, tickets, testing, and deployments across environments
* Deliver SAP enhancement and expansion initiatives, both independently and as part of PMO-led projects
* Support SAP activations, upgrades, implementations, and integrations
* Partner with internal IT teams, SAP service providers, and business stakeholders on cross-functional solutions
* Ensure compliance with audited change control procedures
* Maintain and patch SAP application servers for optimal performance
* Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans
* Create and maintain system, support, and training documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Active SAP certifications
* 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, and implementing SAP S/4HANA
* Experience with FICO, MM, Security Architecture, and Manufacturing
* Experience with AP Automation, CPGRC, and Glasswing
* Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
