We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager for our client in Princeton, NJ
Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Job Location: Princeton, NJ
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and EC Payroll, and their functionality.
  • Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems, including understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
  • Understanding of data migration strategies, data cleansing processes, and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation.
Should Have:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, preferably with a focus on HRIS or cloud-based software, particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, establish timelines and budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Capacity to address and resolve challenges promptly, make informed decisions, and guide the team towards solutions.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and track project finances and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels including technical teams, HR leaders, and executives.
  • Expertise in engaging and managing expectations of various stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships.
  • Capacity to handle disagreements, negotiate solutions, and maintain a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
Additional Information:
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
