PCI Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled PCI Compliance Specialist to ensure the security and compliance of our payment card processing systems. This role requires expertise in PCI DSS 4.0 and a strong understanding of IT general controls (ITGC), microservices, and AWS environments. You will be responsible for conducting compliance assessments, developing security controls, and managing PCI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of PCI DSS 4.0 and ensure compliance across systems.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement security controls to mitigate PCI risks.
• Oversee PCI DSS 4.0 remediation projects and collaborate with IT teams to align systems with compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit required PCI DSS documentation and reports.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging security threats.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in PCI DSS compliance, with a focus on version 4.0.
• Strong ITexperience and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience working with AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and payment card processing systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, QSA).
• Experience with regulatory compliance, cloud security, and cybersecurity risks.
• Familiarity with SOC 1 or SOC 2 reports.
