How You Will Make An Impact
- Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce development including architecture, delivery, support, and testing
- Collaborate with engineers on code reviews, demand delivery, release management, and solutioning
- Customize Salesforce objects, develop custom applications using Apex and Visualforce
- Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL for platform customization
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML)
- Support and engineer automated release pipelines and platform deployment routines
- Evaluate the technical impact of changes and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Implement analytics and monitoring to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Contribute to documentation, test class creation, and system audits
Are You a Salesforce Development Rock Star?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce platform tools
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and external web services
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a strong plus.
