Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Expertise in Guidewire/Pega/Salesforce/SAP/ETL, functional and automation testing, and Agile SDLCs
Strong understanding of manual, automation, performance, and UAT testing. With an exposure to GenAI technology
Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, ALM, Tosca, LoadRunner, etc.
5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience as Test Lead/Test manager
Roles & Responsibilities
An experienced QA Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of the Testing Portfolio for CUSTOMER Insurance and will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (QA CoE) across all projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals, and driving transformation initiatives across all segments. This role demands deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for CUSTOMER s testing leadership during transition.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals.
Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts
Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly.
Support CUSTOMER s audit and compliance teams with required documentation.
Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness).
Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to CUSTOMER and internal leadership.
