Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Cross-Functional Lead to drive delivery of complex SAP initiatives and ensure seamless integration across functional workstreams. This role will lead cross-module coordination, manage delivery schedules, and ensure business process alignment across S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience across SAP modules, hands-on project management skills, and the ability to drive large, complex enterprise SAP programs in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Develop and manage comprehensive SAP project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
Define delivery roadmaps, manage interdependencies, and track risks/issues across SAP workstreams.
Drive milestone planning, resource loading, and delivery forecasting.
Ensure project execution follows governance, quality standards, and timeline commitments.

Cross-Functional SAP Leadership

Lead cross-module functional integration across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, and TM.
Ensure end-to-end business process alignment across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report.
Act as the single functional point of contact between business stakeholders and SAP workstreams.
Identify process dependencies and resolve cross-functional conflicts.

Solution Design & Governance

Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
Validate functional designs, configuration documents, and WRICEF specifications.
Oversee the WRICEF development lifecycle and ensure solution consistency across modules.
Drive process standardization and harmonization.

Integration & Go-Live Readiness

Collaborate with technical teams including ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP, and Integration teams to ensure holistic delivery.
Lead cross-functional readiness for cutover, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
Track test execution, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
Recommend improvements through automation, Fiori adoption, AI/ML capabilities, and S/4HANA innovations.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of SAP Project Management / SAP Program Leadership experience.
Strong experience working in global delivery models.
Deep understanding of SAP end-to-end processes across multiple modules.
Proven ability to manage budgets, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments (nice-to-have).
Exposure to SAP innovations such as BTP, Fiori, AI/ML (plus).
