Hands on Enterprise Data Architect with implementation experience in Public Cloud (AWS. Azure).
Hands on with implementation experience knowledge in Big Data and Distributed Processing Platforms like Cloudera, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, Snowflake etc.
Assessment of current state data maturity of an enterprise and define future roadmap
In-depth Knowledge of Data Governance techniques viz. Data Quality, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Security, Information Lifecycle Management.
Lead large data strategy and Next Gen Data Platform implementation engagements during the initial definition phase and lead it to a steady state.
Solution, Technology, Deployment Architecture definition for Next Generation Data Platforms & Data Lakes.
Responsible for evaluating the business integration needs and architecting appropriate solutions encompassing Cloud adoption, Distributed data architecture (within and outside the Hadoop ecosystem), ESB, BPM, SOA and OSS solutions
Lead proposal responses and own solution, estimations and implementation approaches.
Participate in discussions with C-Level executives and articulate Client capabilities, differentiators, solution approaches etc.
Drive PoCs and PoTs in the Data & Analytics space which can be presented as accelerators & frameworks.
Define Assessment, Migration Strategy for movement of on-Premise Data Platforms to Cloud.
Experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark , Impala , PrestoDB, Kafka, Cassandra.
Cloud Technologies like AWS S3, AWS EMR , Glue, Lambda, Redshift , Snowflake , Azure Datalake Store, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL ,Synapse, CosmosDB. Deep knowledge in any of these technologies is a must.

You will be part of the Data & Analytics team and will play the role of an Enterprise Data Architect responsible for leading discussions on data strategy definition with C-Level Executives.
For Large Data Strategy or Next Gen Data Platform implementation engagements, you will be responsible for owning delivery for the initial phase and lead it to a steady state.
Define Assessment & Migration strategy for On-Premise Data Platform to public Cloud.
Constantly engage with account teams and customers to understand the existing challenges in their
Data Platforms and come up with reusable solutions which can be cross-sold to other accounts/customers.
Come up with innovative Data Product ideas which can be implemented as a POT and taken to various customers.
Will be responsible to define Data Governance processes and will be able to Solutions on Data Quality, Data Lineage, Meta-Data Management, Master Data Management etc.

- Master’s degree in quantitative areas like Computer Science or related
- Experience working for Big 4 consulting firms or Consulting firms specializing in Data Analytics
- Certifications (Data Analytics Specialty, Machine Learning Specialty, SnowPro Advanced Architect, Databricks Hadoop Migration Architect, Azure…)
- BFSI Domain Experience is Required (4-5 Years).
- Extensive experience defining data strategy, data governance frameworks, and data transformation initiatives for BFSI organizations
- Post-merge integration work for technology and data landscape at Fortune 500 companies
