Job Description:

The Emerging Technology Senior Lead will specialize in Metaverse, Emerging AI/ ML technology, and will also have a high proficiency in AI/ML subject matter expertise. This role will help evangelize and influence our Client Tech Labs experience with our Client Institutions, through the lens of artificial intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, enable and develop a small team of emerging technology specialists to deliver on strategic objectives, initiatives, and projects.
• Will meet with clients and complete live demonstrations of new technology.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate the vision for analytics platforms and systems, diplomatically overcome resistance to adoption, and communicate to business the value of data-centric solutions.
• Highly proficient with and an integral part of our Client Tech Labs, which will partner with universities to build products and services and proactive in planning for retirements, hackathons, and providing demo’s.
• Oversee the program for emerging technology program and assist in the design and ongoing development.
• Client-Facing and will present and share frequent updates and report outs to our TIAA board members. Oversees training of users on new or modified software.
• Expertise in product development, rapid prototyping, and user experience design to join our Emerging Technology Lab.
• Interface with internal and external TIAA stakeholders to understand how new and emerging technologies can affect their work and build functional prototypes to demonstrate the potential of future technologies.
• Recommend to business IT architectural patterns and solutions based on project goals and needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leveraging emerging technologies to architect and/or delivering transformations for clients
• Experience with 3D content authoring and creation processes in consumer-focused settings
• Experience with technologies related to the Metaverse: Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs), Extended Reality (AR/VR), or Virtual/Gaming Platforms

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience leveraging emerging technologies to architect and/or deliver transformations for clients
• 5+ years’ demonstrated experience building business/technology offerings, managing them, and selling them internally and to clients
• 3+ years’ experience with 3D content authoring and creation processes in consumer-focused settings
• 2 +years’ foundational knowledge of technologies related to the Metaverse: Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs), Extended Reality (AR/VR), or Virtual/Gaming Platforms.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience understanding, assessing, and analyzing industry or business challenges, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills
