Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Develop growth strategies along with the leadership team.
Worked on Large requirements, developed long term projects, increased revenue in the assigned
business and penetrated to new domains and regions.
Mining strategic accounts, demand generation, and overseeing marketing activity to increase the
visibility of the company.
Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation
across sales, product and marketing teams.
Monitor and deploy the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer
acquisition to engagement to success - Make accounts grow with us.
What it takes to catch our eye
6-12 Years of experience in sales in IT/ITES/Consulting/Analytics solutions and service.
Ideal candidate should be from holders
Strengthen and grow client relationships.
Achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8 or above from clients.
Organize quarterly networking events or roundtables for key clients.
Drive revenue growth from existing clients.
Ensure seamless client onboarding and adoption.
Facilitate monthly feedback sessions with new clients to understand and address any potential
barriers to product adoption.
Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in seamlessly developing relationships at the C-suite, Officer level.
Excellent presentation, selling & negotiating skill.
Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad
constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical
