Job Title: Crystal Reports Developer (Lawson Reporting Experience Preferred)
Location: Remote
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Crystal Reports Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing reports. Familiarity with Lawson reporting functions (Infor Lawson/Infor CloudSuite) is highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Crystal Reports based on business requirements.

  • Work with Lawson data structures and reporting tools to build accurate, efficient reports.

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

  • Ensure performance optimization, data accuracy, and report reliability.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience with Crystal Reports development.

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and report logic.

  • Experience with Lawson reporting tools, data structures, and ERP modules (preferred).

  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical report specifications.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
