Job Details

We have an opening for a SAP Program Manager in Lyndhurst, NJ. Start date is ASAP and will last 5 MONTHS
Comments: Hybrid role - 3-4 days offsite, 1-2 days onsite a week. Must be local.

Rate: 93-115/hr

Skills (ADVANCED/EXPERT):

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • SAP S/4HANA project management experience required (version 1809 or higher)
  • Excellent client facing skills

  2. Does the candidate have experience managing S/4 projects?

Description:

The ability to perform the below:
. Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality
Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
Create and manage SAP project schedules using ACTIVATE Methodology
General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy
Project management: lead medium to large teams of 5-50 resources (both consulting and client employees)
Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships
Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
Experience scoping and estimating SAP implementation projects
Deliverables:
-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Other:
Contractor must have their own Windows based laptop with SAP GUI installed
Contractor laptop much have current security software installed
