UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking two (2) Business Analysts for a remote position. Must reside in the EST zone, active LinkedIn preferred. The right candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for client-facing forms and notices. The role ensures that all communications support multilingual accessibility, adhere to process dependencies, and align with established standards for rapid development, testing, and deployment.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, and MS Visio.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience collaborating with technical teams to document business and functional requirements.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience overseeing project deliverables and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing data models and application prototypes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Elicit functional requirements and specifications to support client forms and notices containing combinations of data, snippets, and variable text.
  • Ensure the system design supports rapid development, production processes (e.g., PTM, Committal Only, In-Center), testing, and deployment of ad-hoc notices and communications.
  • Identify process flows and dependencies to ensure solutions enable generation of client-facing forms and notices available in 12 languages for limited English proficient individuals in accordance with Local Law 30 (LL30).
  • Review requirements with stakeholders for approval and sign-off.
  • Provide management reporting and facilitate information dissemination across teams.
  • Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate application development and delivery according to specifications and timelines.
