Join a dynamic managed service provider as a Support Analyst! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of client support, assisting small to mid-sized businesses across various industries, including finance, education, healthcare, non-profit, and technology. You will provide both remote and on-site support, handling tasks such as Active Directory management, group policy implementation, system/server administration, Office 365 support, PC setup, network troubleshooting, and user assistance.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in managed services or value-added reseller (VAR) environments
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in networking and troubleshooting
- Strong Windows server and desktop support experience
- Experience with M365 technologies
- Experience with AD/group policy and strong communication/customer service skills
- Prior client-facing experience
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Certifications in security, Microsoft, or Cisco
- Familiarity with firewalls (Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall)
Responsibilities:
