Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:

Seeking a contract to hire a Salesforce Developer with additional Administration expertise to support and enhance applications hosted on the Salesforce platform. This role will primarily focus on enhancing the Salesforce-based Legal Stratus application and maintaining the overall health, configuration, and user management of the Salesforce environment.

  • 5+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
  • Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and leveraging Salesforce APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with user administration, security models, and data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
  • Development experience with JavaScript, HTML, SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (flows, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Visual Studio Code.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required), with Certified Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams
