About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic and diverse environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional domestic travel to engage with customers and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to drive transformative solutions with innovative technologies.
  • Travel domestically as needed to engage with customers from diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
  • Communicate effectively with varied audiences and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Balance technical expertise with business acumen to address client needs.
  • Lead and inspire technical communities while adapting to changing business and technical landscapes.
  • Resolve critical customer issues and work effectively under challenging circumstances.
  • Translate end-user business requirements into technical specifications and develop and implement appropriate solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Passion for innovation and a strong drive for customer transformation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical problem-solving.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Proven ability to recognize and adapt to changes in technology and business requirements.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Programming Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, CSS, React Native, Node.js, Spring Framework.
  • Testing Tools: NPM/Yarn, Jest Testing Library, JUnit Testing.
  • Version Control Systems: Git & GitHub.

Additional Details:

  • Contract Start Date: February 3, 2025
  • Contract End Date: April 30, 2025
  • Location: Remote, with the ability to travel domestically within the United States as needed.
