Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager in AMES, Iowa, 50010, United States. In the service industry, this role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing services. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing plans, particularly within account-based marketing frameworks, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing B2B SaaS marketing frameworks
Establishing successful lead generation and sales enablement marketing strategies
Collaborating effectively with sales leaders, regional teams, and other stakeholders
Utilizing Marketo and Salesforce for marketing purposes
Designing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
Using data-driven decisions to guide strategic thinking
Managing and delivering field marketing services
Ensuring effective communication with remote management autonomously
Focusing on B2B SaaS Regional field marketing
Maintaining self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of marketing management
In-depth knowledge and experience in B2B Marketing and B2B SaaS
Proven track record in planning and executing external events
Expertise in brand marketing and channel marketing
Demonstrated ability to create and manage direct marketing campaigns
Proficiency in direct response marketing and engagement marketing
Experience with Marketo is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing is an added advantage
Must possess a data-driven approach to marketing.
