Role: ETRM/ENDUR Business Analyst (Settlement and Risk)

Location: Houston, TX(Hybrid role)

Duration: 12+months

Job description:

- **Endur ETRM Implementation and Management:**

- Lead the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of the Endur ETRM system for settlement and risk management processes.

- Ensure seamless integration of Endur ETRM with existing systems and workflows.

- **Risk Management and Controls:**

- Develop, implement, and optimize risk control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Conduct regular analysis of trading and settlement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

- Monitor and report on risk exposure, key performance indicators, and compliance status to senior management.

- **Settlement Operations:**

- Oversee the end-to-end settlement process for gas trading operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for settlement procedures, risk controls, and system workflows.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between trading, risk management, finance, and IT departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.

- **Training and Support:**

- Provide training and support to end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the Endur ETRM system.

- Act as a subject matter expert on settlement and risk control processes within the gas business.

- **Reporting and Documentation:**

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on settlement performance, risk management, and compliance.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation on business processes, system configurations, and user guides.

**Qualifications**

- **Education:**

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the gas industry, with a focus on settlement and risk controls.

- Extensive experience with Endur ETRM systems, including implementation, configuration, and user support.

- **Skills and Competencies:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
