Job Description

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Lead with strong expertise in Workday Extend and Workday Studio to design, build, and optimize scalable HR applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to develop custom solutions, enhance existing modules, and ensure seamless integrations across the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom HR applications using Workday Extend.
Enhance Core HCM and Talent Management modules with scalable, user-centric solutions.
Work with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver clean, intuitive interfaces.
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestration, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs.
Apply deep understanding of Workday security, reporting, and data architecture.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Workday Extend applications for performance and usability.
Support ongoing Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration updates.
Stay updated on Workday best practices and new capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Extend certification highly desirable.
Experience working in agile development environments.
