Role : Power BI Developer

Location : Raymond, OH (Onsite)

Duration: : Full Time

Key words:

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building and optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance and flexibility
• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Power BI Proficiency:
• Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service
• Ability to connect to a wide range of data sources, from cloud and on-premises sources
• Experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleansing
• Knowledge of integrating Power BI with Azure services
• Understanding of row-level security (RLS) and other security features in Power BI
• Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance requirements
• Knowledge on NIST standards and guidelines
• Experience with managing Power BI workspaces, datasets, and dataflows
• Understanding of Power BI Premium and its features
• Experience in creating complex dashboards and reports
• Proven ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Consulting: Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation
• Skills in optimizing Power BI reports for performance, including data load optimization and query performance tuning
• Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Optimize and improve existing BI solutions
• Able to extract and merge information from a variety of structured and unstructured sources
