Job Details

Join our team as a Scrum Master, where you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive project success. This role is based in Cleveland, OH or Buffalo, NY, and offers an opportunity to convert to a full-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize cross-functional team members to achieve common goals and successful project execution.
  • Facilitate planning and execution to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, scope, and risk targets.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, providing effective reporting and resolution strategies.
  • Communicate project vision and impact on business strategy effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Encourage and foster open feedback, coaching team members to enhance their strengths and address developmental needs.

Skills

  • Over 3 years of experience in scrum master delivery, with an additional 2 years in agile project experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to facilitate communication and project updates.
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating leadership competencies.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience in managing transitions from waterfall to scrum methodologies.
  • Background in coaching and developing team members to drive continuous improvement.
