Job Description:
Position: Senior TechnicalProject Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract Length: 6+ months
USC/Visa: W2 only
Top Requirements:
5-7 years of experience Experience leading large initiatives Technical acumen Create project plans, identify milestones, deliverables Data experience Pivot tables, massaging data Excel, ability to review and analyze information GIS experience Addressing of any kind

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This individual will be joining a team responsible for address quality and accuracy. This includes maintaining the accuracy not only of physical addresses, but also the associated infrastructure and emergency centers associated with the address. The company depends on this information to be accurate in order to market and service customers. This project manager will be given time to ramp up and familiarize themselves with the ecosystem to gain a solid understanding of our current operations. This client is in the process of acquiring another company, this person will be responsible for developing project plans to manage the incoming data-particularly focusing on the first 90 days. During this period, the team will work together to learn and determine how to integrate the acquired company's address data into our systems. At this time, the quality, format and attributes of the data to be acquired is unknown. The team is seeking someone to come in with data acumen and GIS knowledge to create a project plan and execute against that plan.
