Join our New York-based nonprofit! We deliver medically tailored meals free of charge to individuals with severe illnesses, improving their health with compassion.

We're looking for an empathetic and highly motivated Client Success Specialist to join our Program Services Team. You'll be crucial in connecting New Yorkers to our life-changing program, providing high-quality customer support, and navigating client challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email (high-volume).

  • Resolve client service issues and complaints with care.

  • Enter and update client information accurately in our system.

  • Process requests and forms efficiently.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

  • Collaborate with teams to address client needs.

  • Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume environment, preferably in healthcare/social services.

  • Strong communication (speaking and written) and organizational skills.

  • Comfort with technology tools, including CRM (Salesforce preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Innately empathetic, patient, and a quick learner.
