- Be responsible for the production of systems engineering documentation
- Oversee Requirements creation and allocation
- Coordinate resolution of Action Items
- Perform Analysis of Alternatives
- Oversee and support customer implementation of Systems Engineering Technical Process Areas- Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.
- Oversee and support customer implementation of Systems Engineering Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.
- Oversee and support customer implementation of System Engineering Enterprise Project Process Areas - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality
- Review and recommend alternative for system design/architecture
- Propose solutions to solve technical issues
- Develop or review project engineering standards
- Lead/supervise other systems engineers and technicians
- Make decisions on engineering issues and methodologies
- Brief stakeholders on status and technical aspects of their project.
- Plan and develop engineering projects with unique or complex aspects that impact major capabilities of high priority to the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience
OR - A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience
OR - A Master's degree or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience
Desired:
- Knowledge/Experience with PAC systems and processes highly desired.
