Title: RF Engineer
Job Location- Dallas, TX
Experience: - 8-10+ years.
The JD is as follows:
Design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
Minimum 10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE.
Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools

Must have understanding of LTE fundamentals- link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI's, etc.
Good communication skills in English
Good troubleshooting skills
Must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers)
Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.)
Must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them
