Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Organization & People Analytics Data Product Owner, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Vision, Strategy, and Execution for HR Data Products:
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize HR operations, improve forecasting, and drive business value
Define and Prioritize HR Data Product Backlogs:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
Champion Data Governance and Quality:
Ensure HR data products adhere to data governance standards, support data integrity, and enable actionable insights for decision-makers
Drive Adoption of HR Analytics:
Partner with business users to promote the use of data-driven insights, dashboards, and predictive analytics within HR functions
Monitor and Communicate HR Data Product Performance:
Establish KPIs and regularly report on the impact of HR data products, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs
Delivery Operational Reporting:
Build Ad-hoc reports to meet the urgent needs of the business and provide a secondary pipeline to solutions for future data products
Utilization of Enterprise Tooling to Drive the Team Forward and Work Collaboratively Across Multiple Data Product Delivery Teams:
Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps
Confluence/SharePoint
Lucid Charts/Miro/MS Visio
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)
Scrum Certification Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Experience in HR management, HR analytics, or data product ownership within a HR context
Demonstrated ability to translate HR business needs into data product requirements and actionable user stories
Familiarity with HR data sources, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Workday, UKG, etc.)
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data privacy as they relate to HR operations
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 or the hourly equivalent.
