Position Title EPIC Tapestry Analyst (Job ID 3099820)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90024 (MAJORILY REMOTE)

Duration: 12 months Contract to Hire

  • Under the leadership of the Configuration Manager, the Tapestry Application Analysts primary role is to assist in the review of current system configuration as well as review potential enhancements to ensure that CMS requirements as well as business needs are being met.
  • The Tapestry Application Analyst will have a complete working knowledge of assigned application, to include an understanding of the assigned department workflows for the associated system build/configure, upgrade and release process.
  • The Analyst will act as a support contact for the application and will coordinate investigation, configuration, and remediation between ISS, operations, and any other affected individuals.
  • The Analyst must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations. The analyst will perform workflow analysis, data collection and report issues associated with the software as issues are identified.
  • The Analyst will work with end users by participating in training and troubleshooting issues and questions.

Required Experience:

We are ONLY looking for hands-on Analysts who have BOTH:

1. Real Epic Tapestry experience

  • They must have worked specifically with Tapestry in one of these contexts:
  • Tapestry claims
  • Tapestry benefits/eligibility
  • Tapestry membership
  • Tapestry encounter workflows
  • Tapestry reporting or Tapestry-to-Clarity data validation

2. SQL + Reporting Experience

  • Candidates must be able to write SQL queries themselves and work directly with data.
  • This includes:
  • Building or modifying SQL-based reports
  • Creating datasets / performing data validation
  • Supporting managed care / CMS reporting needs
  • Using tools like Power BI / Tableau / SSRS (basic reporting skills)
