We are seeking a Junior Developer to support and maintain our Airtable-based resource management tool. This position will play a key role in ensuring that the tool continues to function smoothly, assisting project managers and technical leads in managing resource allocation, and driving enhancements based on feedback. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with teams to improve processes and ensure the effective use of Airtable for resource planning.


This role will have the opportunity to continue to grow on the Project Management side.


Compensation: $50-60K


Location: Remote EST


Key Responsibilities:



  • Airtable Maintenance:


    • Maintain and update the Airtable resource management system to ensure data is accurate and up to date.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues within Airtable as they arise.

    • Assist in running regular reports and dashboards to monitor resource utilization, availability, and allocation.


  • Project Management Support:


    • Work closely with technical managers to assist in the creation and maintenance of resource plans in Airtable.

    • Provide guidance to project managers and technical leads on how to use Airtable effectively for resource tracking and planning.

    • Assist with tracking project progress and help ensure resources are aligned with project timelines and goals.


  • Tool Training and Support:


    • Train and onboard team members on how to use the Airtable resource management tool, ensuring they understand how to input data, run reports, and access relevant information.

    • Act as the first point of contact for Airtable-related queries, providing troubleshooting and best practice advice.


  • Feedback Collection & Enhancements:


    • Gather feedback from team members and managers regarding the functionality and usability of the Airtable tool.

    • Work with the Resource Manager or Project Manager to prioritize enhancements and new features based on feedback.

    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure improvements are implemented and communicated effectively.


  • Reporting & Analysis:


    • Regularly run reports on resource allocation, utilization, and project status to provide insights to managers.

    • Assist in analyzing data to help optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery timelines.



Required:



  • 1+ year of development experience

  • Must have experience with either Airtable or SQL

  • Must have interest in growing career on the Project Management side
