Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of proven expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, visualization, and modern data platforms, and will play a key role in driving business insights and strategy through advanced analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from requirements gathering to insight delivery.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics.

  • Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

  • Work with large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to derive actionable insights.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices in data management and analytics.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to optimize data pipelines and implement advanced analytics solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams in a clear, compelling way.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and data modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with BI & visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

  • Deep knowledge of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering, and forecasting.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver insights under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology.

  • Exposure to machine learning models and AI-driven analytics.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

  • Proven track record of influencing business outcomes through data insights.
