Description
We are looking for an experienced Database Analyst to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. This role offers a long-term contract opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who excels in data management, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing system performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting stakeholders through training and technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed reports to support management and executive-level decision-making.
Monitor and analyze performance data for federally funded programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Create and manage queries, summaries, and recommendations to address data entry and performance challenges.
Consolidate data from multiple sources into comprehensive, actionable reports.
Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with program teams to define Key Performance Indicators aligned with contract objectives.
Identify and address data quality issues, providing training and technical support to staff as needed.
Develop user-friendly training materials and conduct sessions for case management systems.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Extract actionable insights from large datasets using statistical tools and software.
Requirements
Strong expertise in data analysis techniques and methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other visualization tools like Tableau.
Experience in designing dashboards and customizing reports.
Advanced knowledge of data manipulation formulas and techniques.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to train and facilitate technical sessions effectively.
Strategic thinking skills with a focus on actionable outcomes.
Detail-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
