All work is performed on site, in Crane, Indiana, 5 days per week. Remote delivery is not authorized.

We are seeking an RF Engineer to support engineering, technical, and logistical support to the Government for design, development, and advancement of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) in Odon, Indiana.

Duties:

MOST IMPORTANT: Experience with the waveform / modulation of the signal

  • Ability to work independently and creatively, while collaborating closely with a diverse team of technical experts and business professionals
  • Ability to manage time and commitments within a framework of competing priorities
  • Good communications skills, both written and oral
  • Desired personnel must have an understanding of RF communications, propagation, and modulation schemes. These skills will be applied to tasks including RF signals analysis and waveform generation
  • Knowledgeable and capable with RF laboratory testing and RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and signal generators in order to construct, acquire, define, and evaluate RF signals, waveforms, and modulation schemes
  • Knowledge of RF hardware transmit (TX) and receive (RX) architectures is also desired
  • Field experience with RF propagation and test is a plus
  • Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) techniques and associated hardware (standalone SDR devices, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA)) is also beneficial

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Concentration on in microwave and radio frequency (RF) theory preferred

Required Experience:

  • 3 years related professional experience in microwave and radio frequency (RF) design

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
