Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing role-based training content, independently or with team members, using a variety of software
- programs, tools, and applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Designing, developing and maintaining instructional materials.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documentation.
- Incorporating feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
- Learning new content and consulting with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer
- any participant questions.
- Assisting with building and testing of training environments (MST environments), and providing support and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with other trainers by co-facilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises as
- Preparing training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room and environment prior to
- the training session.
- Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offer additional support.
- Serving as an expert educator to state staff.
- Training and credentialing additional classroom trainers as needed (train-the-trainer).
- Training staff and end users by teaching technical topics as needed.
- Managing assignments by prioritizing assignments and by creating and adhering to timelines.
Skills Required:
- Experience as an Epic-certified Principal Trainer. Required 5 Years
- PT 1 - certified as Principal Trainer for EpicCare Inpatient - ClinDoc with Secure Chat & Rover, Clinical Case Management, Behavioral Health, & LTC Required
- PT 2 - certified Principal Trainer for Willow Inpatient & Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory/Supply Required
- PT 3 - certified Principal Trainer for EpicCare Ambulatory, Wisdom, EpicCare Link, MyChart Patient Experience Platform, & Healthy Planet Required
- PT 4 - certified as Principal Trainer for Cadence Enterprise Scheduling. Prelude Registration, & Grand Central Patient Flow with Transfer Center Required
- PT 5 - certified as Principal Trainer for Resolute Hospital Billing & HB Claims & Remittance; Resolute Professional Billing & Claims Required
- PT 5 - also certified as Principal Trainer for HIM Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, EMPI, Coding & Abstracting Required.
- Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities, & ensuring training sessions & materials meet Epic's standards Required.
- Skill and experience in adult education, especially for health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications Required 3 Years
- Demonstrating flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods Required
- The ability to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible Required
- Demonstrated abiilty to take ownership of work activities &ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely Required

Questions:
- Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?
- Question 2 Hybrid Arrangement- There will be a one-week orientation session in September, and likely 1 week per month during the project, with being onsite for about 4-6+ weeks for go live prep, training, and go live support. About 9 times during the project on average but could be more.
