Job Details

We re seeking an experienced PCB Layout Engineer to design complex Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs) for aerospace and military applications. This role focuses on high-speed digital, analog, and power circuit layouts using Cadence Allegro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design/layout of multilayer PWBs (6 16 layers)

  • Work with with electrical and mechanical teams

  • Generate fabrication outputs (Gerbers, ODB++)

  • Participate in reviews and project milestones

  • Manage symbols and footprints

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of PCB layout experience (Cadence Allegro)

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training

  • Experience with rigid-flex, high-speed, and controlled impedance design

  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351)

  • U.S. citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance

Preferred:

  • Experience with CAM350, Valor, OrCAD, Mentor PADS/Xpedition

  • Familiarity with PCB manufacturing and DFM best practices
