Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Support Tier II team member to assist with managing and optimizing a newly installed Ubiquiti WiFi system at an upscale RV resort in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and requires hands-on expertise in Ubiquiti hardware and software. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve connectivity issues, and provide training to internal staff on system operations.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve WiFi connectivity issues to ensure seamless network performance.
Deliver on-site technical support to residents, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
Train internal staff on the fundamental use and management of Ubiquiti systems.
Suggest and implement improvements to optimize the Ubiquiti WiFi network.
Configure and maintain Ubiquiti access points, controllers, and related tools.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Adapt to a flexible schedule to provide support during evenings and weekends.
Ensure a dependable and reliable presence while working independently.

Requirements

Proven experience with Ubiquiti hardware and software, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with non-technical users.
Ability to train staff on the daily operations and controls of Ubiquiti systems.
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving WiFi connectivity issues.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear manner.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and end-user training.
