A top cybersecurity provider located in Addison, TX is looking for a Senior Support Engineer on a full-time basis. This client specializes in cybersecurity as well as identity management along with assisting individuals and companies to have their own control of their digital identities as securely as possible.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who has the drive to be the voice for the clients' customers. Skilled in AWS, Azure, Linux, Windows, Okta, and SQL.

This position will be a full-time direct hire onsite Monday through Friday.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • 5+ years with hands on experience as an incident manager
  • Experience administering, implementing, or supporting AWS, Azure, or other cloud platform
  • Cross-platform OS knowledge with Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, IOS, Android
  • Network skills, routers, firewalls, SSO-protocols
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL
  • Experience with issue tracking/management systems like JIRA, Kayako, Zendesk, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Incident Management Tools such as OpsGenie, VictorOps, etc.
  • Experience supporting LDAP, SSO, SAML, or WS federation
  • Experience with IDaaS solutions
  • Experience using REST APIs and supporting n-tier web applications
