About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior DevOps/SRE professional to design, build, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable platforms. You’ll own CI/CD automation, Kubernetes/container orchestration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), observability, and incident response—partnering with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver high-availability services.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep/CDK).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; enable blue/green/canary deployments.
Operate Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) or ECS, including networking, scaling, and security.
Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and SLOs for critical services.
Drive DevSecOps: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, compliance guardrails.
Lead incident response, conduct postmortems, and improve reliability via error-budget policies.
Optimize cloud costs and capacity; maintain runbooks and automation-first operations.
Mentor engineers; enforce best practices in reliability, performance, and security.

Required Skills

Cloud: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform (VPC/VNet, compute, storage, networking, security).
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (ingress, HPA, autoscalers), service discovery.
IaC: Terraform (modules/workspaces), CloudFormation/CDK or Bicep.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI.
Observability: PrometheGrafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch/Datadog/New Relic, OpenTelemetry.
Security: IAM, KMS/Key Vault, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, WAF, policy-as-code.
Scripting & OS: Python/Bash, Linux administration.

Nice-to-Have

Message queues & streaming (Kafka/MSK, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, EventHub).
Database ops: RDS/Aurora, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis/ElastiCache.
GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), service mesh (Istio/App Mesh/Linkerd).
Compliance (SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) and enterprise networking (Transit Gateway/ExpressRoute).
