Direct Client: Security Engineer Hybrid work

The Client is looking for someone who is experienced in managing, designing, building integrations and policies, and deployment of a data loss prevention (DLP) system across the enterprise for both on premises and cloud. This includes the ability to:
• Mitigate false positives
• Mitigate false negatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ensure the system is kept at the latest recommended version/patch level
• Support multiple platforms including databases, Windows, Linux, M365, and Cloud services such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform and OCI
• Proficiently build and fine tune RegEx

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
Candidate must have:
• 3-5 years of experience working with security appliances
• Experience with managing an enterprise data loss prevention system
• Experience writing and tuning security policies.
• Experience troubleshooting and working with end users and vendor support
• Familiarity with RegEx.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, M365, and Cloud Services.
• Good communication skills

Candidate nice to have:
• A good understanding of regulatory compliance around data loss prevention
• A good understanding of security best practices and risk management
