Training Data & Quality Assurance:



  • Review machine-generated and human-written content samples.

  • Analyze content quality using a high degree of judgment.

  • Provide feedback to improve training data for large language models (LLMs).

  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure top-notch data quality.

  • Assist in developing and refining content quality guidelines.

  • Participate in team calibrations to maintain consistent evaluation standards.


Content Creation & Editing:



  • Craft original and engaging content for various LLM training purposes.

  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content, following SOPs and style guides.

  • Proofread and edited content for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.

  • Research topics to ensure the factual correctness of the generated content.

  • Approve or reject content based on established guidelines and provide clear explanations.


Process Improvement & Collaboration:



  • Identify operational challenges and proactively report them.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and identify pain points.

  • Contribute to small-scale process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance content quality.

  • Work with SMEs to understand processes and validate information for accurate content creation.

  • Participate in training programs and contribute to project/program management as needed.


Must Haves:



  • Zeal to succeed, fresh college graduates can apply as well

  • 1-2 years of experience as a content writer or copywriter

  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal, written, reading, and comprehension)
